3. Uploaded Content Rules
Due to the nature of our image processing tools, users are required to upload digital media files. Users are solely and entirely responsible for any images, documents, or data uploaded to the platform.
By uploading a file, you warrant that you own the rights to the image or have secured the necessary permissions to process it. Narayan Industries (NRI) claims no ownership over your original uploaded files or the final processed outputs.
4. Prohibited User Conduct
To maintain a safe and secure operational environment, users are strictly prohibited from utilizing KumfuShop for any of the following activities:
- ✗Illegal Material: Uploading explicit, illegal, or harmful imagery, including CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) or non-consensual media.
- ✗Copyright Abuse: Processing copyrighted, trademarked, or watermarked material belonging to third parties without authorization.
- ✗Malware Injection: Attempting to upload executable files, corrupted matrices, or executing server-side injection attacks.
- ✗Automated Scraping: Deploying automated scraping bots, APIs, or scraping scripts to bypass our UI and overload our processing nodes.
5. AI Processing Disclaimer
Our tools utilize advanced client-side scripts and server-side machine learning models. However, AI-generated results may varydepending on the source image's lighting, contrast, resolution, and complexity.
We do not guarantee that the background removal or passport sizing will be 100% flawless in every scenario. Users are advised to manually review the final output before using it for critical official applications.
6. Intellectual Property
The KumfuShop platform, including its original source code, UI/UX design, logos, trademarks, and text content (including tutorials), is the exclusive property of Narayan Industries (NRI). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary structural code or branding without explicit written permission.
7. Third-Party Integrations & Advertising
To maintain our freemium infrastructure, KumfuShop integrates with third-party networks, primarily Google AdSense. By using our platform, you acknowledge that third-party vendors may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. 8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NARAYAN INDUSTRIES (NRI), ITS DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PLATFORM, INCLUDING DOCUMENT REJECTIONS BY GOVERNMENT IMMIGRATION PORTALS DUE TO INCORRECT FORMATTING.
